Annealed and Bright Steel Coils-Strips-Plates
Introductions
Annealed and bright steel coils are commonly used in various industrial applications, bright steel coils have a smooth, shiny surface, while annealed steel coils become softer due to the annealing process. Due to their high strength and durability, these rolls are commonly used to manufacture components in the automotive, construction, and other industries. You can find these coils from steel suppliers and manufacturers.
Annealed bright steel strip with lightly oiled surface complies with DC01 (St.2) and DS/EN 10139:2016 standards. These standards specify requirements for cold-rolled uncoated mild steel flat coils or cut-to-length products, such as annealed and bright steel strips suitable for cold forming and surface coating. Compliance with these standards ensures that the strip meets specified mechanical and process properties, dimensional tolerances and surface quality requirements.
Applications
Annealed and bright steel strips are versatile materials used in a variety of applications.
Most of annealed and bright steel coils/strips are widely used to produce the corrugated steel pipes for concrete structures. The bellows are used as grooves and are used to guide the prestressed cables.
The pipe is made of cold-rolled uncoated narrow steel strip, size 0.30mm-0.50mm, mass DC01 (original St.2), in accordance with DS / EN 10139:2016. They are produced as class 1 FLEX pipelines, which means that the pipelines are produced with profiles that make them flexible.
These pipelines are manufactured according to EN 523 and EN 524 standards with CE marks under current EU building materials regulations.
All the pipelines were untreated and slightly oiled. They are provided with labels indicating the batch number, year of production, etc. According to EN523.
The bellows are assembled by a coupler, which must be at least three times the nominal inner diameter, but not less than 150mm.
ST 2 is a steel species in DIN 1624-1987 cold rolled steel, which is now code named DC01 in EN 10130, this is low carbon steel, similar to Q195 in China.
The other applications include
Automotive industry: used to manufacture parts within vehicles, such as brackets, brackets, clips, etc. Construction: Used in the manufacture of various building components such as brackets, fasteners and steel bars.
Electrical Industry: Used in the manufacture of components in electrical appliances and equipment, such as brackets, connectors and terminals.
Consumer Products: Used to produce a variety of consumer products such as clips, fasteners and small hardware components.
Industrial Machinery: Used to manufacture components in industrial machinery, such as brackets, fasteners and small mechanical parts. These steel strips are usually selected for their excellent formability, surface finish and dimensional accuracy, making them suitable for a wide range of applications in different industries.
